How often do we ship? That will depend on a few things. If we get the order early in the day, we will do our best to get it out to you that same day. Electronic purchases will be delivered as soon as we get your email order. If it is later, we will ship the next business day. We are open 9:00 to 5:00 Mon - Fri MST. Needless to say, we will try to get you your order as soon as we can because we know you really want it soon. We are quilters too and know how you NEED your stuff!!
How do returns work? We will take most things back and give you your money back if it is in perfect condition. The only exception, of course, is quilting patterns due to the legality of (c) copyrights and personalized items. We know you understand about that! All you will need to do in most cases is pay the shipping to your house and back to ours. The bottom line is, we want you to be happy, so therefore, just call or email us and we will work something out! If it has been a while since you purchased this item, there may be a restocking charge. We promise we will be fair and we know you will be fair as well. Following are the simple rules; * Customers must contact us to request a refund authorization. No refunds will be authorized after 15 days of receipt of products. All non-defective merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
What about cancellations?
Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order or until the order has shipped.
What about shipping costs? We will ship anywhere in the continental United States, but of course, Electronic transfers can go anywhere as long as you have an email, right? Now let’s talk price to ship to the continental United States. We ship Priority Mail which allows your package to arrive quicker! Shipping charges are always subject to change as prices go up. From time to time we offer FREE shipping on all of our products within the Continental United States.

$50.00 and over = FREE
What about international shipping? At the moment we do NOT ship orders anywhere except the Continental United States. We DO however send our quilting patterns anywhere as they go by electronic transfer. That is, we send them to your email address. There is NEVER any shipping costs on our Patterns.
What about sales tax? We do not charge sales tax to anyone. Nevada residents have no sales tax incurred.
How do I pay you? We accept Visa or MasterCard We have done everything in our power to make your purchases worry free! Just know that you are safer ordering through us with your credit card than you would be sending a check in the mail. YIKES!!
