Alzheimer's Awareness Quilt Patches
My own dear mother who was my mentor in developing quilting patterns and personalized gifts. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and lost the battle on January 30, 2008. I am making this page for people to add their own patches in remembrance of those loved ones who had or has this terrible disease. Here are the steps you need to do to add your own patch.
